Facebook Set To Drop Its IPO Preliminary Prospectus This Morning

Facebook Inc is set to file the preliminary prospectus this morning for it’s much anticipated $5 billion IPO. The Facebook IPO is the biggest IPO ever from Silicon Valley.

Rest assured that Wall Street and Stock Research analysts will be inspecting the prospectus with a fine-toothed comb to assess the financial health of the company.
