The Lean Startup – A Scientific Approach to Innovation (SF Event)

The Lean Startup” is a disciplined approach to imagining, designing, and delivering new products, programs and organizations. On Thursday January 20th, 2011, Eric Ries – creator of the Lean Startup methodology – hosts a talk followed by Dinner at the JCCSF (Jewish Community Center of San Francisco) to help you come up with innovations that are more likely to succeed and increase the productivity and creativity within your organization.

The evening’s talk will address questions like:

  • How can you determine which new ideas are worth investing your staff time and dollars in?
  • How should you measure progress in the very early stages of a new program or product?
  • How do you find out who the audience for your product or program is – and
  • How can you reach them most effectively?
